Manuel theme for oh-my-zsh. Based on Felipe Cabargas rubyist theme

Description

The shell shows the following info:

rvm:(ruby-version) nvm:(node-version) gvm:(go-version)
↪ path git:(branch) git-status

Example:

NOTE: The previous info will be displayed only if you alredy install the managers:

Ruby version with RVM / RBENV
Node version with NVM
Go version with GVM

Instalation

Clone this repository
Move theme file to your Oh-My-Zsh instalation themes folder:
```
cp path/to/manuel.zsh-theme ~/.oh-my-zsh/themes/
```
Edit the ZSH_THEME var in your .zshrc file in order to match the theme:
```
ZSH_THEME = "manuel"
```

Please add a license file and consider renaming to something less generic

I'd like to add this to awesome-zsh-plugins, but the name zsh-theme is awfully generic. Please consider renaming it to something descriptive, or even just name it after your github username.

Also, please add a license file, some people won't use any code that doesn't have a license. If you don't have one in mind, https://choosealicense.com is a good resource to help you select an appropriate one.
