4. Marco to develop new data loader functionality that allows the user (of the library box loader) to create an entry point based on genre and / or speaker. If the user
   chooses to use neither genre or speaker the default index of collection / item will be created. The user can specify if they want an index
   by genre where each genre shows the items or a direct link to the item if one only. The user can specify if they want an index by speaker
   where the speaker role is defined by the user (ie performer, spearker, etc) and only those with the defined role will be shown in the index.
5. Library Box data loader needs some documentation stating that the user can remove any content they don't want loaded and the interface
   needs to augment to only show what is available. The files view can be removed if there is only one type of content (e.g. if only audio files are
   loaded then the files view does not show and the video view is loaded by default.

Given that the code wipes the target, change "Is this correct?" checkbox so it says something like: "Is this correct? This will wipe any other contents currently in the selected Install folder"

If a given file referenced in the XML is not actually available or fails to copy then there should be no reference page created for it. That is, pages must reflect only what's actually available.
