Este é um notebook do Jupyter que descreve passo a passo a criação de um algoritmo de classificação para diagnóstico de diabetes em pacientes usando diferentes modelos:

  • Regressão Logística,
  • Árvores de Decisão,
  • SVM
  • Random Forest.

Passo a Passo resumido

  • Importação de Bibliotecas e Dados;
  • Análise Exploratória de Dados;
  • Divisão dos Dados em Treino e Teste;
  • Criação dos Pipelines de pré-processamento;
  • Grid Search para Encontrar os Melhores Parâmetros;
  • Avaliação dos Modelos: (Acurácia, curva ROC, Matriz de confusão, etc);
  • Salvamento e uso posterior do modelo.
