Phantom dashed red lines

Hi,
I've started to notice 'phantom red dashed lines' appearing on screen. I've tried clicking on them, and they are 'not present', so to speak - you can't select them. They disappear if you zoom in or out.
The line in shot 2 disappeared when I zoomed, but then reappeared at the same zoom level, but in a different place on screen - see screenshot 1. Both screenshots are from http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/501#task/35759/34095/16

I've noticed these phantom lines on other squares during the course of the days validating. There doesn't seem to be any ill effect, they are just a minor nuisance.

Fixme tags not visible

Hi,
When using the style, nodes with the 'fixme' tag are no longer highlighted. Could this be added please.

Reduce line width for highways

Hi, The colours for the different grade of highway are good, and I like the dashed line to indicate the surface tag, but would it be possible to reduce the line width slightly?

colour of dashed lines for unpaved/paved highways

Mark,
I'm still using the validation paint style on a regular basis & finding it a real benefit. Could you have a look at the colour of the dashed lines for highways though please - I can't see whether something has a brown or red dashed line as the colours are too similar.
Keep up the good work.
Nick

Adding a way - not visible

When adding a way, such as 'landuse=residential', the nodes & ways you add as you circle the buildings are not visible making it difficult to return to the start & complete the polygon. The original JOSM style keeps them coloured bright red until they are tagged, which could be an advantage as it would match 'highway=road'.

Please fix meta-information

Could you please fix the meta-information. There should only be text in the description. The link is not the link to the file, but an informational link. Add the other links to original source and other information on the linked page then. Thanks.

Colour used for area inside 'landuse=residential'

Hi, landuse=residential area is currently coloured quite strongly, makes it very difficult to see if any buildings have been missed. Could the shading be reduced considerably, or another method be found to indicate this is part of a landuse=residential area. The shading is very good for indicating that a change of road from residential to unclassified is required, but not so good for seeing if all buildings have been traced.
