This Meetup is targeted at developers who want to live code blockchain and decentralized applications. This is not a meetup to discuss concepts and business plans, it is to get into the nitty-gritty of coding applications. This is the repo for code and instructions prior to and post each meetup.

Meetup #1: Ethereum Solidity vs Hyperledger Chaincode - a live coding session
Meetup #2: The OTTCoin community-driven coin specification - defining the behaviors we want to incentivize vs discourage and mechanisms of incentives vs penalties
At the first meetup we had we discussed this behavior and at least 2 attendees voted this through. It states that it is desirable for people to show up on time and not be late as that allows for smooth running of the meetup and proper planning and shows respect for other attendees time, among other things.
Participants give their newly issued coin to other members of the group as a 'vote of confidence' or 'token of appreciation' for work done or contributions to the group.
Creation of a leaderboard that shows the group membership and current coin count. Note: newly issued coins are not counted and have no value until they are given away. Leaderboard only counts the tokens that were given.
Leaderboard will show everyone who the OttDev's think is an active and valued contributor. This conveys status which can be used by people who are looking for expertise and experience.
