Firstly, I suggest to add the parentheses in the print function in order to make the script compatible with Python 3.

print ("Error: list of report files is empty.")

Regarding the plot formatting, I would find interesting the option to give a title name for the figure and the option to change the font of the title and the axis. I think the best option would be to add them as optional arguments from the parser and then, implement them in the scatterPlot function.

After the inclusion of the new Plotter.py module with different types of plots, we could extend the capabilities of PELEPlot.py and add the possibility to choose among the different types of plots that are available in this module.
