2 question:

first is this a live project ? I mean this is active svn who keep getting updates?
second is this is the same ragezone release no changes?

the xml files are outdated, data on them goes as far as closed beta 2/russian beta

for now we have a few dependencies which are stored as dll files, we shall replace them with corresponding nuget packages as those provide latest updates and more performance.

okay as far as i remember this game bases on packets with specific opcodes which work like headers, understanding i need it how do we edit the client to connect to localhost, and how different are packets now and then(this emulator is old, really old, about 2nd closed beta/russian beta).

currently we should change this to DAO pattern with MSSQL and EntityFramework 5 to make the most out of our database system

we need to review the current packet definitions to follow current game behavior and data soo we have properly working system, also maybe making it fancier and more efficient.

currently the config system is based on separate files to be loaded, thanks to Framework we can just put them inside app.config and use ConfigurationManager to get the data out of it which might be a better option.
