Using /loottable 37704 (which only has 1 item and it is Tier 4) has all tiers disabled.
It would also be nice if /loottable would default to the lowest available tier.

Having the configuration outside of TS would allow for easier shipping and deployment of the bot for end users, as you could provide/ship a release package or a docker container running in the environment that it needs (node 16+) and the end user wouldn't need to worry about that

Ignore items that are not HQ_valid

The /buy command does not include buying a reward as a commendation item from Honor Accolade.
