Verify that user is permitted to transfer data to MDF
As a NUCAPT user I want to know if I'm not permitted to upload data to MDF when I log in so I'm not surprised later
Assumptions
- Use the Globus Groups API
Acceptance Criteria
- Given I'm in the NUCAPT group and permitted to submit datasets to the NUCAPT organization in MDF When I log into NUCPAT app Then it succeeds
- Given I'm not in the NUCAPT group When I log into NUCPAT app Then I get an error message
