Add admin styles and icons folder in svg folder

I think this package needs to be added to install template babel-preset-es2015, but need to check.

Remove codeship stuff etc.

Temp fix: npm i [email protected]

Long term fix probably has something to do with this warning you get with the new stylelint version:

When linting something other than CSS, you should install an appropriate syntax, e.g. "postcss-scss", and use the "customSyntax" option
