The proliferation of websocket commands that map specifically to text that is entered by the player is a bit ridiculous. It also isn't going to work as soon as we have aliased commands.

We should just send the raw text of the commands to the server. We'll likely need to make the server a bit more aware of handling raw messages, e.g., command matching should be case insensitive, an Error message should be returned if no command is generated, etc.

This is sort of a bug, sort of an enhancement. Whatever.

When matt-jordan/mud-backend#3 is fixed, we should display dead playable characters 'memorialized' in the character details screen, but prevent them from being logged into on the main game display.

Currently combat messages are sent as plain text from the backend to the frontend. In order for the frontend to know to decorate combat messages - such as changing the color to red - we'll need to send them as JSON with some new attributes.
