Describe the bug
In Version python-3.1, the way framework is implemented is bugged and broken. Thus making it unusable. I will be making a new version fixing this and depreciating the version.

It appears that function shutil.copytree does not posses the ability to copy the folder to the root of the sd card. Instead we have to enter a folder not yet created. It's a minor inconvenience but I'll try to see if there's a workaround.

For unknown reasons, certain files in all versions of the scripts won't download properly. For the moment being the files that wouldn't download have been packaged in the release.

**AS OF 12/2/2020, ALL FILES UNDER TAGS v1.0, AND v2 ARE DEPRECIATED!
This decision was made by me and Mattamech because neither of us were updating those files and the Python scripts were much better than those old batch scripts.
