Describe the bug
Email status reports due to tank empty alert are sent repeatedly in short intervals , even if alert handling has been set as follows in config.ini:

# alert handling modes:
[...]
# 1 - immediate alert, only once
[...]
e_tank_empty = 1

A similar issue was never observed for tank low alert with the same configuration.

To Reproduce
Set e_tank_empty = 1 in config.ini. Drain the tank until empty level is detected.

Expected behavior
Email status report due to empty tank should be sent only once.

Additional context
Outside temperatures around 7-9°C might have influence on the level sensor's trigger level.
