When running yo angular-basic we have the option of using Angular Material.

When choosing not to use it, we still import the Material styles in _theme.scss

We should upgrade this to use Angular 5 now

Just marking this as an issue so I don't forget

I have something in the works for this based on detecting modified times against package.json and webpack.config.vendor.ts and also if the vendor.js doesn't exist

Testing it a bit more before I put it into here but so far seems to be a great improvement

So when using yo angular-basic and only including Pace and Angular Material, it seems that ClientApp\styles\_theme.scss still has a @include covalent-core();.
