Is this project still maintained / functional?
Frankly, I can't comment whether it still works because I haven't been using it for a while. Let's find out.

each' for nil:NilClass: ./gitdub:80:inprocess'
This looks weird, as if the member variable @github is nil. Do you have github: section in your YAML config? It'd be helpful to have a (possibly anonymized) copy for reproducibility.

I did not understand how to use the configuration file. I thought that was how you declared multiple repos, rather than using the ID field. I've resolved the issue. Thanks.
