A command-line interface tool for performing XYZ tasks.

1. Make sure you have Node.js installed (version 18.16.0 or higher).

2. Run the following command to install the CLI tool globally:

   ``npm install -g cli-tool`

Here are some examples of how to use the CLI tool:

```node index.js --action="list"`
