I should add the ability to provide a predicate for expected exceptions. This will allow me to determine not only if we should retry from all exception types or if an exception was actually a success.

The XML comment for the TimeSpan parameter of Retry.While doesn't specify that a value of TimeSpan.MaxValue means it will never timeout. The XML comment should be updated to reflect this.

Add a cancellation token so the user can cancel the retry. This would be particularly useful when setting a infinite timeout.

Add the ability to perform a retry async. I believe this will require me to stop using Thread.Sleep and use Task.Wait but I will need to do more research on that to be certain.

Add a data field to the retry model so that he user can return any type of state they want other than the result as part of executing their function. This will allow the user to pass back information they would need to debug their retry without needing to set breaks. Also this could be very valuable for passing back information they would like to have logged.

There is a lot of duplicate code in each of the Retry.While methods that through overloads or functional programming should be removed.

Add Retry.For functions that will allow the user to retry until it passes or until it retries X times.
