Threats need to be updated.
A pieces threatened squares must include the first encountered square that contains a piece from its team.
Why? For example: black pawns at d5 and e6; white king at c4. Currently, the white king would register taking d5 as a safe move because e6 is not coded to threaten d5. The king cannot take d5, however, because that move would put him into check.

Keep track of all moves in game.
Maybe use dictionary? eg. {1: ('a2', 'a4'), 2: ('b7', 'b5')}

When a pawn reaches the opposite side of the board, it promotes. This means that the owner of the pawn can replace it with a queen, a rook, a knight, or a bishop of his own color, and put that piece instead of the pawn on the board on the square of the pawn
