thecurator's Issues

Facinated by your code, got a noob question :D

I am new to learning reverse engineering. I have wanted to reverse Instagram's DM API for so long. I even figured out that they use MQTT for their DMs and couldn't figure out how to reimplement it. Then I came across your code and I was amazed that you somehow made it work using regular API!

Can you please tell me your approach to how you managed to convert a WebSocket API to a regular API? I use chrome dev tools mostly but I have also used Charles proxy to inspect mobile requests by bypassing SSL pinning for Instagram.

It would be a huge pleasure for me if you could take some time and explain to me how you approach reverse engineering as I am fascinated by your work. Thanks :D
