./configure --host=aarch64-apple-darwin --build=xxx --enable-shared --enable-static --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var CFLAGS="-Wno-implicit-function-declaration" mono_cv_uscore=yes

The patches are outdated, gcconfig, configure are the lastest version of this effort

JIT is non-working; AOT seems like the only options

JIT could be working due to bad mcs binaries or JIT can be just plain broken for iOS/arm64.

**WHY DOES IT NOT WORK?**
msc needs to be compiled for the target, but the docs say to disable this feature.
The debian/bsd ports for aarch64 (or any cross triple) might hold the answer.
