repo's Issues

Issues with Node

I installed NodeJS off of apt.bingner.com (though I think they mirrored this repo) and got an error related to an unsigned lib node.dyld. I solved it by symlinking to where the program seemed to expect it to be (Users/Sam/...).

However, many system calls seem to be broken. For example, running yarn add global code-server results in ENOENT: function not implemented copyfile (very long path). Calling fs.copyFile results in Bad system call: 12. For example, running npm install -g expo-cli results in Error: spawn EPERM (see link: https://imgur.com/a/1mAqcp2). As a result, no major program I’ve tried has worked.

Is this related to a messed up build? Would a new version fix these issues?

Thanks

Edit: node ver 12.3.1-3

Instructions for compiling packages?

Hi, sorry to bother you.

Is there a specific order which I should run the scripts (in this repo) in to compile and package the source code (and modifications to it) inside of this repo?

Nokogiri won't install

When running install.sh from Metasploit, the installation stops because the ruby's gem can't be installed.
Already tried everything I know (not much...) to install nokogiri with no luck.
Any tips?

Installing the Python3.7 package causes insane dependency issues

Installing Python3.7 on an Iphone11 Max Pro using the Odyssey jailbreak (Sileo) leads to libxml2 and Gettext, both duplicated, being tagged as missing dependencies when installing, uninstalling or reinstalling any package in Sileo, making it impossible to install packages. It also seems to break apt, and is a pain in the ass to fix because even after manually uninstalling it in the terminal using dpkg I get the dependency error, the solution is a Restore Root-FS.

It could be it isn't the Python3.7 package causing this problem, but instead one of its dependencies, or possibly SDK Installer

Question: How did you compile NodeJS?

I saw that you have a fork here: https://github.com/MCApollo/nodejs-mobile

However, when I follow those instructions (from the upstream repository), it builds it into a framework... When I inspect the files installed when I install your version of nodejs, it looks like a more standard installation (rather than a bundled iOS framework, etc).

Could you share some details about how you packaged it? 🙏
I'm looking to package Node 14 myself and try out a few things.
