Unless we want to make it a select list, we need to allow more than one character.

What we store MUST be a hash of the password. I refuse to be associated with a project that stores plaintext passwords in the database.

We need to rename the package from "com.tcts." because we don't own the "tcts.com" domain. We DO own a domain for this project so we can use that.

We have a domain name we can use instead of http://default-environment-ppsf93qpwz.elasticbeanstalk.com/, and we should set that up so it is working.

We need to load the list of schools into the database for testing.

This is primarily so we can see how the pages work (speed, usability, etc) with a full list of schools. Producing a neatly-written set of instructions for uploading the schools can be a separate issue.

We need to add copyright notices to the source code. I think we should probably use the BSD 2-clause license (http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-2-Clause) or the Apache license (http://opensource.org/licenses/Apache-2.0).

This is low priority, but it's really slow to navigate to this page.

Need a complete transformation in time to load the list of events a volunteer can sign up for. Right now it's taking minutes with just like 60 events in the database.

We have things set up so that all of the URLs have ".htm" on the end. Let's get rid of that, just to make things cleaner. NOT IMPORTANT.

We MUST remove it for logged in users, since it doesn't mean anything then. We probably should remove it for non-logged-in users because the functions are accessible in big green buttons in the middle of the page.
