The rulebook allows for weapon skill levels that are dedicated to defense
only, but there's currently no way to enter these in the charsheet.

In the combat stats section, display the recovery data (preferably in a
collapsible format).

Probably need a design first, before I start throwing it together.

The list of skills is incomplete.
(1) Maybe create a better way of entering the data. Michael has an idea
about how to approach this.
(2) Need to enter in the rest of the skill list. Maybe do (1) first.

Some sections, like experience, should have a collapsed and an open view, which
show different amounts of info. There should be a common way of doing this for
all sections.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In "raw" tab, add or remove a WeaponSkill
2. Switch to "Use" or "Cost" tab.
You would expect to see the change, but you won't, because the tree is only
populated on load and is not observing changes and recreating itself. Fix this.

Needs some CSS work to make it more pretty.

Skills that can be customized, like "Knowledge, Specific" or "Riding", or
"Specific Animal Training".

Only about 1/3 of the weapon data has been typed in.
(1) It might be nice to have a better format for entering it. Check with
Michael, he has an idea about that.
(2) We should type the rest of the info in (possibly doing (1) first).

We should really support non-human races.
* Support for "enumerated types" in the model data.
* Allow the user to specify a race.
* Have the race correctly affect the stats and character cost.
(For the moment, the skill effects can be done manually.)

For every 4 str over the str min for a weapon, the player should do +1 hp
and +1 stun damage. Reflect this somehow in the display of weapon damage.

In the costs tab of the weapon skills there should be a column for adding
and removing weapon skills. If a node has no children, no levels, and is
not trainingPaidHere then this column contains a "-" which, if clicked,
removes the weapon skill. Otherwise, if a node is not a leaf
(SingleWeaponSkill) then it contains a "+" which, if clicked, pops up the
menu to add a new child. If neither of those applies, the column is blank.
Fiddle with it until we decide where the column looks best.

Type something in the character description, then save.
Reopen character. It SHOULD show the text you typed, but at the moment it
doesn't.

Printing can be a problem when the character sheet gets too big. Because of the
way the sections are nested, any that don't fit on a single page will just not
be printed out. There's no scroll bar for the printed page, so it would be
better to have a way to print out which broke things across pages as necessary
to display everything.

It would be nice to have a button to open up all items in the weapons tree.
Maybe in the header.
