Fixed the initial abundances per Carl's comment see #afa858c

The M.t ests takes a bit to run for all bends and years, ~15 minutes. Look to optimize and speed up code.

@mcolvin In line 45 of 2017-06-30-Initial-Densities.Rmd the point drops off without being finished, and I wasn't quite sure I knew what work you were going for there. Did you mean densities?

Will wnant to circle back and make sure that segments are in the same order as phi, maybe some error handling?

@mcolvin To see the potential issue, upload bends and look at bends[156:157, ], which appears to be some form of repeat data. I think we might be including one bend twice in our reference population (as well as in the analysis that relies on it).

Low priority but something to fix at some point in tables_effort() --> n==4

basically just need to blow up out$size but need to keep track of individuals over time so it may be more efficient to blow up out where each row is an individual and then aggregate back to the number for each bend
