这个项目整体上为一个Web项目的基础部分，分为前台 和后台两个部分。前台项目是由Angular编写，后台项目由SpringBoot及其它组件编写，主要分为两个服务：service-web是Web服务，为前台项目提供接口，处理业务流程，实现了基于权限、角色、用户的基本系统；service-static-resource是一个基本的静态资源服务，根据请求参数压缩图片的分辨率，提供音视频转码和mpeg-dash格式的流媒体服务，并支持动态码率。

cd Base/env/dev/
vagrant up

vagrant启动后会在它管理的linux镜像中部署好mysql和rabbitmq。mysql默认为base，密码为123456。rabbitmq用户为root，密码为123456。

打开Eclipse，导入Base/server为maven项目。

打开WebStorm，打开Base/web，然后在这个目录下使用npm install安装依赖库。

以Java Application 运行service-web中的ServiceWebApplication.java

以Java Application 运行service-static-resource中的ServiceStaticResourceApplication.java

npm start

默认用户：admin/123456
