The receipt should not be 'submitable' without the Customer name. An alert message should be displayed instead.

User Story:

As a manager, I can add new pictures with my products as I add them into the product list.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Prompts user to select picture from 'Open' dialog.
2. Picture is selected and added to the Cashier/static/images folder.
3. Duplicate filenames are handled appropriately (i.e. appending a (1) or something).
4. Pictures are resized to standard resolution (I say this, but I haven't quite figured out what that resolution should be)

The add on menu should stay open until either:

1. Out of focus
2. Add on button click again
3. Item added to the receipt

UI tends to appear wonky in certain resolutions.
