Add support for parcel in the form of a plugin. Since parcel is zero-config we need a way to detect a correct value for the existing config options. We will also need to update the readme and documentation to reflect that this project is not only a wepack plugin.

Edit: We can probably use this plugin as a source of inspiration.

The plugin js code executes ./bin/console commands, assuming that the webpack process is started from the root of the project.
We have defined the webpack file inside assets, so this fails.
Is there a way to set the base directory

There is a bug about the translations detection and conversion into an Elm module.

• front.messages.fr.yaml is not detected, therefore doesn't produce an El module.
• front-messages.fr.yaml creates a Front-messages.elm file but the module cannot be imported as the module shouldn't have a - character

Vite (https://github.com/hmsk/vite-plugin-elm) is gaining foothold in both elm and symfony ecosystems(https://symfony-vite.pentatrion.com/), it's fast and provides good defaults out of the box.

I keep webpack dev server running while developing, sometimes the file is saved with syntax errors, and then the dev server gets stuck because of the exception from the debug routes command.

I have to restart the dev-server for it to continue working again, even though the syntax error is no longer present.

Is their a way for the dev server to continue running in this case
