Set the min and max values for graphs based on real GPU properties (eg max GPU temp, min/max freq...)

Add support for mulitple GPU (SLI).

Currently with nvidia-settings, the applet will behave like it sees only one GPU. With NVCrtl I don't know what behaviour it will have.

Todo :

• Set one temperature, frequencies and memory-usage DataSource per gpu.
• Group gpu data on one graph and / or show one graph by data and gpu (and choosing wich behaviour to use in config). Regrouping multiple GPU will force to have different colors for each.
• Allow to set up the applet for each gpu separatly and applying conf of one gpu to others.
