General:
allow the user to continue where they left off after leaving app and coming back
Power ups:
wall riding
gliding
Flying (helicopter game style)
speed boost
increase/decrease in size
Levels:
swimming
space
gravity is around "planets"
move up or down by touching top or bottom of screen
slingshot off planet archs
only wall jumps (icy tower style)
Enemies/Obstacles:
spikes
laser bullets
switch\button controlled obstacles
trampolines
destructable walls
moving enemies, jump on them to kill

Y is currently constant for the camera. Add a way to follow the player upwards smoothly, moving the camera as little as possible, but enough to keep the top of the screen with good visability.
Create a sort of "box" around the player where going past that point will move the camera down or up.
currently the only re-spawn point is the initial point of the player.
We need to add checkpoints if we make levels long so that the player doesn't need to complete the level in one go.
This is open to change and discussion.
Increase the radius of this ray so that it triggers more consistently
