Few request gives 403 unexpected error in the first time due to successive request to the server.

These request can be collected for after user and should be tried again after whole successful completion of the 200 OK requests.

It would be good if we can those title-slug in some places and process them after 200 OK request.

Best way to notify is to mail the repo owner.

GItHub Action always send mails when actions are failed. It can be leveraged for this case.

Force Fail Action when cookie has expired to let the user to know that cookieVal has to be changed in the repo secret.
