Add functionality to generator to take nodb flag, and replace db enabled versions of server files with non-db versions.
Replaces:

• server/app.js
• server/start.js
• client/pre-build/navbar/?.js & .html

Removes:

• server/api/*
• server/db.js
• client/pre-build/nodemodules/
• seed.js

Bash commands are not compatible with Windows and non-POSIX systems.

I am getting this error after my npm install:

• Error: Cannot find module 'body-parser'.

Not sure if this is just my problem though.

Explain the file structure and what gulp expects in README.md

The content of index.html should be in a ui-view to more clearly demonstrate how the app is structured to be used.

add --no-db flag to remove db related code.

This file is working, but the final promise is likely written incorrectly.

Seed the block under the comment Write to the db and exit. The forEach likely needs to go and the chalk comments should be written only after all data has been written.

collect route files and model files for a particular route

To store api keys locally but .gitignore config file so that they dont end up on a public repo.

The following line is missing from server/server.js:

var chalk = require('chalk');
