basiclti4mediawiki's Issues

mediawiki BLTI link requires 2 logins to recognize user account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure and Deploy BLTI link in LMS
2. Create Link for user access to mediawiki through BLTI link
3. Click on BLTI as LMS user for the first time
4. Presents user with "Login Required" message in Mediawiki.
5. Close mediawiki page and re-click BLTI link from LMS.
6. User is now successfully logged into mediawiki with their proper user
account.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that upon the initial launch of mediawiki through the BLTI link,
the user is logged into Mediawiki with their newly created mediawiki account.
Instead, the user is required to connect to mediawiki twice before their
mediawiki user account is recognized.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mediawiki is installed on a Linux O/S and the mediawiki version is 1.17.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached a screenshot of the initial login screen.
