Need screenshots and documentation

What does this do that a standard mediawiki installation doesn't do? We need 
screenshots that show some of the functionality.

Is the intended audience a school?
Or a student, to manage their classes in a personal wiki on their computer?

Magic word "listofadmins"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put {{LISTOFADMINS}} on a page
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is supposed to have the list of admins (0)

Change MediaWiki to eduWIKI on Special:Version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Special:Version
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to have it say "eduWIKI" version "1.2", but instead it says "MediaWiki" 
version "1.2"...
