Create User authentication

Add tests to backend

Jest and SuperTest has been set up, some basic tests given. But to add more.

Create frontend interface to allow editing of database values easily

As discussed to give frontend functionality to edit the values.

We may be able to add in field adding in as seperate functionality but for now, lets start with editing values.

As for both educational purposes and as a sort of 'admin' type aspect architecture could be React Frontend connected to our backend. Using formik for the forms which is give it some style too.

For security purposes may be worth considering a login page.
