Emoji and unicode will cause the app to error out. Strip these before processing for commands and such

Some commands depend on it and some would be spammy if not for it. It needs to be reenabled sooner rather than later

It's clear a more robust database will probably be needed due to how limited locallydb is in terms of third party package support goes. I'd like to use an out of the box package to allow for easy API creation to make a site for ozbt so MongoDB seems a good choice since that's what Deployd uses and has, I assume more security than if I was to create my own RESTful API.

More research is needed.

Twitch only allows something like 200 messages a minute per account. If the future site gets popular somehow, we will need to limit the messages so we don't get banned.
