CI-Release needs multi-arch:

Add:

• aarch64
• ARMv7

Find and create means for benchmark for CI during commits

a local benchmark is phone for now

Objective: Define and create dotfile for custom user environment settings

1. minHeight, maxHeight, maxLeft, maxRight - We can have panels where the virtual cursor is not raise higher if so desired

When a new window instance is created, it will be higher than virtual cursor

Solution should raise window:

The most minimal cost impact pattern should be explored
