using- you need to unzip the file and open up wither X86 or X64 version of the software. then you click on the DRIVER1 tap and Click on "inactive" and select "custom folder" to select the path where the ISO's are. Click 'transfer' to WBFS file and select the destination folder (wbfs/ folder on external drive) NOTE**keep in mind that when doing so the Loader might not function normal for example going back to the main menu might freeze.
