The component is installed as current base component (so you must duplicate it and there is no one clic installation with script of release...)

so we build the current bases (projectFile by default)
seems to have some way to provide an other one in setting but not of type File, it's String inside the base

So instead allow to launch the base, provide proj file to compile in startup parameter and build it

For CI having to create a directory in parent is bad

ie. MyBase_build near MyBase

create inside base .build or build folder -> and git ignore it

also take into account component.json (or for app ...)
found un root (not Resources!!!!)

ie calling just Build4DComponent or cs.Build4D.Component.new().run()

and all is done!!
