View aggregate of orders placed. This is to help with planning and procurement of items needed to prepare the meals in the orders.

Example:

Lunch

Plantain with Nkontomire Stew => 34 people
Yam and Agushie Stew => 39 people

Dinner

Fufu and Goat Meat => 56 people
Potato Chips and Spicy Chicken Wings => 23 people

Staff should be able to create a complete e.g. Banku with okro stew, using meal items such as banku and okro.

Login with a Google account and fill additional information upon sign up to complete account creation.

By default newly created menus are set as the next weeks menu. Staff should also be able to select existing menus to use as the weeks menu . This will help reduce the growth of redundant meal selections

Order is not being persisted since serving_at date and type is not synced

The deadline for the submission of Menu by kitchen staff for the following week shall be due every Tuesday, close of day. Once the menu becomes available for the following week, notify users to start making their orders.

Users would have up to Thursday, close of day, to submit their orders.

Also I propose we move allowed_domains.php to config as allowed_domain has little to do with internationalization.

Add functionality to be able to export Orders from the application to run further analysis on data.

Disallow creation of multiple orders by a User for the same week. A user can only place 1 order for food within a week.

A meal is composed of a list of discrete food items. Implement functionality to be able to add these food items to the application. After which these food items would be made available to a staff who is creating a meal.

On Saturday, there's only one meal option each for lunch and dinner. A user must toggle to indicate interest in being served a meal or not.

There should be no need to select meals as one would do for other days of the week.

Improve UI for creating a menu and add a previous button to go back to the previous day.

When creating a meal, a staff should be able to choose from a list of meals that goes onto the menu.

There should be 2 options of meals for both Lunch and Dinner for each day of the week food is served.

There is a validation set for menu but not found on the form , this causes a validation failure and orders can't be persisted

I pulled and merged the develop branch as well as run migrations. But whenever I place an order I seem to be missing some orders. Thus lunch choices for certain days.
