We can specify a pre-defined body text using mailto links: mailto:[email protected]?subject=Suggestions&body=token=foo

When notifications are enabled and the app is launched, we should re-check for the background location permission. This is important since iOS13 because the user might have disabled the background location permission in the mean time.

If disabled, prompt user to turn them back on or to disable notifications.

When enabling push, the token is not shown at the bottom of the settings page, and it's not sent to the server, even after app restart.

Happens when sliding the slider; seems to only happen when the slider is at the top of the scrolling setting page.

• Set settings to how the user was using the app before (i.e. if "always" location permission is granted, enable notifications with default settings - if "While Using" is granted, disable push in settings and show push-onboarding)
