This was based on HTML5 boilerplate when it began which included jQuery. It's not actually needed, especially now when we're using Vue for the more complex JS parts.

This site is now hacked together kind of fast, adding dependencies as I went. Now when it's stabilized we should use webpack instead of just opening the file, and proper npm packages instead of just including everything manually.
