Static files are served through sendFile, it increase the load time because for each request index.php call the api to retrieve theme of domain and check extension to set correct content-type.
We should find a way to serve static files w/ Apache.

if theme property not exists or api returns site not exists should redirect to error page.

By convention all site of a same domain should use an own domain, ie *.employee.meumobi.com and *.restaurant.meumobi.com

That means themes-repository should parse the url and extract . to call <SEGMENT>.<DOMAIN>/api
