Install

The current nuget package target platform is 10.0.16299.0 (fall creators update)

Purpose of this lib

Collection of common UWP related helpers. If you have any uwp stuff, feel free to contribute!

Select text on focus

Ensure that Commands in OnDrag will be executed synchronously

With the Attached Command Properties the user is able to modify the EventArgs of the Drag and Drop event (call by ref)

Reproduce:
xmlns:common="using:Get.the.solution.UWP.XAML" common:OnDrag.OverCommand="{Binding Path=DragOverCommand}"

and

    {
        DragEventArgs e = param as DragEventArgs;

        e.DragUIOverride.IsContentVisible = true;

        e.AcceptedOperation = DataPackageOperation.None;
    }

causes, that the command is executed too late. The modified propertie DragEventArgs.AcceptedOperation does not have any effects because the event was already handled.
