There is, in the long term, going to be a lot of clients. While I could remove the coloration in the plots. I think it will be better to categorize each one:

1. UWI
2. UWIN
3. C&S department
4. External

I'm going to have to come up with a way to link a client to one of these categories. Best way is to write a function to:

1. pull csv from a data subfolder
2. Look to see if a given client (by ID) is in the csv.
3. Add new clients (and their category) via a prompt (e.g,. readLines).
4. Save data
5. push that data to github.

I think in order to apply any changes to names we will recreate the entire csv each time via a join (join clientID and category of old csv to current online clientName) then ask for input to fill in the NA values.
