Add backlog, in progress, review, and closed columns

As a user, I want to see the following columns backlog, in progress, review, and closed.

Populate backlog with all open not assigned issues

As a user, when I connect and share my repo with GitHub, I want to see all my open not assigned issues show up in the backlog column.
