Recovery time is being saved in seconds. I'm not quite sure exactly where this is happening.

Step to reproduce:

• Set everything to 2.
• Start and wait for set to complete.
• Refresh page and recovery time will be 120 instead of 2.

I was hangboarding today and I think it would be cool to know audibly when the recovery timer starts so I don't have to look at my screen.

One idea I had was a special beep for recovery. Maybe 2 beeps for recovery and 3 beeps for complete.

I don't know if that's the best. What do you think?

It would helpful to have a sound effect to signal the end since I'm usually not looking at the phone. It could be something as simple as a few repeated beeps or you could pick a different sound effect.

Not essential but it would be really slick if you lock portrait orientation or add landscape CSS.

I'm only using the most basic of jquery functions here, so a sizzle should work fine and save some page weight.

not having bourbon included makes it confusing for a new dev to work on the app.

I'd love to be able to save my particular settings in local storage
