running algorithms in offline mode

users can run the application in local mode. However, algorithms can only run
on a server. The application should detect when the user is in local mode and
run the algorithm in the same computer.

Fit to screen button feature

It could be useful to have a button to scale and center a strand to fit the
screen.

I suggest to put it in the stands menu, beside the "details" button for each
stands.

Ribose rotation feature

On a strand rotation, it could be more practical for the user to not rotate
the ribose of a nucleotide.

Actually, the ribose follows the rotation of the strand.

We got several problems with the rotation using tatami's widget library.
Maybe some of them will be fixed in the next release. Other way, it could be
done without using the tatami's rotation function.

In circular view of a strand, links overlap nucleotides

When there is a link between 2 nucleotides that are close in a long strand,
the line representing the link overlaps nucleotides between.

Instead of starting the line from the middle point of the nucleotide, it
should start from the nearest point of the middle a the strand circle.

Save/Load state

The system should have a config panel with two buttons: load and save.

We should be able to save(load) all stands, structure and sequence of the
application in a xml file.

every information relate to those items should be save (strands: sequence,
dot parenthesis, coordinate, color, scale factor, etc)
