Error running CovEST

Hello,

when running CovEST, I get the following error, which I guess has something to do with an updated version of SciPy

Thanks a lot for your help

What is the "read length"?

What read length should be provided to covest by the option "-r"? Is this the maximum length, the average length or the median length of reads? I would be grateful if you specify this, particularly in the readme and in the help which is invoked by "covest --help".
