Refactor models to make Brewery just a schema (not a model)

infinite scrolling

infinite pagination on home page desired for showing reviews.

preferred method: on scroll, query next set of reviews and add to bottom so that viewer can have seamless scrolling experience.
alternate method: query next set on page selection by including pagination menu for user to hit next or skip to specific page
