ContextualHttpClient doesn't use the function and now in fact ContextualHttpClient is not extensible to other objects. So it doesn't make sense to be a part of it.

Needs to be placed in a static or make an abstract class which implements the functions, that the ApiClients will extend.

The current way of doing things is that the different api clients extend AbstractContectualClients and that in turn extends HttpClient. This is a code smell and violates the principle of Object Oriented Programming (Extending class should implement all the properties of the extended one)
